Is it really important to start using anti-ageing cream in your 30s?

With age comes experience. But that do start leaving a marked impression on one’s physical features. The phenomenon of cell production states that as soon as an individual enter the 30s age group, the production of new cells gradually begins to slow down. The skin’s firmness and elasticity is affected because of the exposure of indoor and outdoor environment. Even your basic everyday lifestyle can affect the pre-mature ageing of your skin.

Exposure to UV rays from the sun, eating habits, pollution and smoking are some of the basic factors which help your skin to age faster.

But, the question is, do you want it to age this fast? Want to have a wrinkles skin in your 40s? It’s not that I don’t like wrinkles, but for me, they are the beauty lines for you when you are in your 60s.

As they say, precaution is better than cure. For that precaution to safeguard your skin from pre-mature ageing, we need to start as early as in your 30s. I know I’m still young to comment on that, but it’s better to be prepared than to be sorry. And my preparation does include a list of anti-ageing products for me to start using as I enter my 30s.

For my female friends who are about to enter this phase, I have a pretty simple solution. Start with the basics. Such as anti-ageing creams which you can apply daily and will work as your face moisturiser as well. There are many brands which offer you anti-ageing products. Wrinkles, dry skin, blemishes, dark spots; all are signs of ageing.

My review: The ingredients of this cream are all natural. Bursting with amino and fruit acids, they help in fixing your early wrinkles. Applying it in the morning as well as evening, the skin does feel soft and firmer. Small wrinkles near the eyes and forehead have reduced visibly. A definite recommend.
