Hola!

All  the lovely people, how did June treat you? This year is sliding so fast!  I’ve been quite busy lately but I always try to  share my looks with you guys. This is the first time I wore palazzo pants; well, because I designed and stitched this pair myself.

The palazzo trend started way back. Everyone is wearing them in western as well as Indian attire. I always had an eye for them but didn’t have the confident to wear them. People are sporting them under long kurta and they look fabulous! Those pretty flowy fabrics, boho prints, blowing in the wind look so classy and flattering on everyone. Let it be spring, winters or even summer breeze, they always look sophisticated and in style. Some even look like maxi dresses.

I made this pair of palazzo pants while in college for a project. Never worn, it was hanging in my closet for more than a year. I so wanted to wear them but always ended up something else because I felt they might not suit me or what if I styled them wrong. Well. guess what! Styling palazzo pants is way easier than you think. With the will to try something new for the blog, I gave it a shot. And obviously it’s always an ecstatic feeling when you wear your own design. The first time I looked into the mirror and I realized then palazzo’s are meant for everyone, even for a not so short person like me. High waist palazzo make us look taller.  They are dreadfully fashionable; being extremely comfortable at the same time.

These palazzo pants are inspire by the 70s vibes with side zipper to create a slit till the height you want.  I styled it with a black knot effect top from Max fashion India and a Lavie sling bag to add some color.
